Before launching a successful career in real estate, he spent 15 years as an independent film creator—writing, directing, casting, and editing a portfolio of award-nominated short films. This creative foundation sharpened his eye for storytelling, detail, and connection, all of which now inform a unique approach to lifestyle-driven real estate.
In addition to 15 years in property management and 8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience, Tony Toich brings a deep commitment to service, community-building, and client success.
